Itinerary
The night walking tour through Budapest begins at Deak Square, in front of the church steps. The walking tour will be followed by a one-hour boat cruise down the Danube.
Meet your English-speaking guide at the starting point and see the magic of Budapest at night.
Stroll down Andrassy Avenue and see the Opera House, Saint Stephen's Basilica and the famous Chain Bridge. Walk along the River Promenade and enjoy a view of the Buda side of town.
Continue to Vorosmarty Square, Vaci street, March 15th Square till you reach Pier #8. Board your boat and enjoy a memorable cruise on the Danube. The boat leaves from the inner city on the Pest side.
First you will ride up the river, cruising under the Chain bridge, passing by the Parliament Building and turning around in front of Margareth Island and Margareth Bridge.
Then sail down the river passing by the beautiful scenery on the Buda side, including the Royal Place, the Matthias Church, Gellert Hill, the Technical University and turn around again at the Petofi Bridge and the National Theatre.
On the way back up again, you can see the Central Market Hall, the River Promenade the University of Economics before the boat anchors again in the inner city.
This is a one hour long ride on the river, and drinks can be purchased on the boat.
The tour ends at the starting point.
