Wicklow Mountains, Valleys and Lake Tour - Itinerary




For this tour, you you can board the coach from any of the mentioned locations.

Set out on a scenic route along the Wicklow Gap, a pass through the Wicklow Mountains in southeast Ireland. Visit the picturesque Blessington Lakes, a vast stretch of calm clear waters, ideal for fishing, sailing, windsurfing, boating and canoeing.

Continue on to the pretty village, Avoca and visit Avoca Handweavers, the oldest weaving mill in Ireland. Pick up souvenirs like traditional glasswork, leather, silk, pottery, jewellery, books and perfume at the Avoca craft shop.

Further on, visit Glendalough (Valley of the Two Lakes), to see the ruins of monastic settlement founded in the 6th century by a young monk named Kevin. After you’ve spent a while in beautiful Glendalough, return to Dublin City.

The tour concludes at the original point of departure.

If your tour status is On Request we will not charge your card until we have been able to confirm your booking with our supplier.  If your tour status is bookable online, your card will be charged when you click confirm and pay.Please note that you don't have to pay anything at the destination.
What happens after you book
Please print the electronic voucher sent to you and give them to the operator on the day of the activity.
The voucher also includes the operator's complete contact details, and local telephone numbers at the destination. They will happily answer any logistical questions you have.
