Board the Shinkansen bullet train to Kyoto.

• Proceed to visit the Heian Shrine. The Heian Jingu is a Shinto shrine located in Kyoto, Japan. The torii before the main gate is one of the largest in Japan, and the main building, or shaden, is designed to imitate the Kyoto Imperial Palace.

• Visit the Sanjusangendo temple. Sanjusangendo is a Buddhist temple in Higashiyama District of Kyoto, Japan, the temple belongs to and is run by the Myoho-in temple, a part of the Tendai school of Buddhism.

• Visit the Kyiomizu temple, one of the best known sights of the city. The temple dates back to 798, but the present buildings were constructed in 1633. The temple takes its name from the waterfall within the complex, which runs off the nearby hills. Kiyoi mizu literally means pure water.

• You will be transferred by bus to the Kyoto station from where you board the bullet train to Tokyo.

Return to your hotel.
