Live the adventure of a life time as you dive into the Oceanarium tank with huge grey sharks, sea turtles, wobbegong sharks and giant stingrays. Experience a sense of exhilaration as you explore the underwater kingdom, just off the coast of New South Wales. Take photographs to relive the experience and show to your friends that you really did it.

Shark Dive at Oceanworld, Sydney - Itinerary


The tour starts from Oceanworld Manly, West Esplanade, Sydney.

There will be an introductory program in which you will be provided with wetsuits and weight belts. You will be given some basic training in the dive training pool adjacent to the 5,000,000 Oceanarium. Here, the dive instructors will brief you on how to breathe underwater. After some final gear checks dive in to the main aquarium.

Experience the opportunity of a lifetime as you dive with sharks and other amazing marine creatures. See the huge giant stingrays, sea turtles, wobbegong sharks and a vast array of marine life. Shark dives give you an amazing perspective of these fascinating creatures and are fantastic for first time and experienced divers. You are guaranteed perfect conditions with great visibility within the 5 million litres Oceanarium.

After your dive, you can freshen up with a hot shower. Take the opportunity to look at photographs of your dive adventure. You can also ask your instructor any further questions about the marine life. You can also purchase a A4 photo or images on CD or images and video footage on a DVD to relive the experience.

You will be given a certificate of your achievement.

The tour ends at Oceanworld Manly.

The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details and local telephone numbers at the destination. They will happily answer any logistical questions you may have.
All Divers will be required to sign a Declaration Form which includes, but is not limited to, statements that the Participant does not suffer from certain medical conditions which may prevent the participant undertaking the Dive.
Certified and Tune-up divers must bring dive certification card.
Passengers cannot fly within 12 hours of the dive.

How to book
Select from available dates and enter number of passengers to see your total price.  Click on confirm price and book.
Once you are happy with the price,proceed to checkout to our secure payment page.  Enter your details and click on confirm and pay.
A confirmation voucher for your activity will appear on your screen and a copy will be sent to your mailbox.
You can easily change your dates,number of travelers and tour options during and after the booking process.
If your tour status is On Request we will not charge your card until we have been able to confirm your booking with our supplier.  If your tour status is bookable online, your card will be charged when you click confirm and pay.Please note that you don't have to pay anything at the destination.
What happens after you book
Please print the electronic voucher sent to you and give them to the operator on the day of the activity.
The voucher also includes the operator's complete contact details, and local telephone numbers at the destination. They will happily answer any logistical questions you have.

How to Cancel
