The aircraft lands at the jetty of the inn where you will disembark to a friendly welcome from the staff.

Savour a three course a la carte lunch along with wines as you enjoy the scenic beauty. On the return flight to Sydney, your plane will fly over the famous Sydney Harbour and Opera House making this trip truly memorable.

This tour starts from the Seaplane Base in NSW. Board a seaplane and your 20 minutes flight will take you to the award-winning Cottage Point Inn. This restaurant is renowned for offering modern Australian cuisine of exceptional quality.

Upon landing the aircraft taxis to the restaurant’s seaplane dock, where Cottage Point Inn’s friendly staff offer a warm welcome and any number of great Australian wines!

Enjoy your 3 course à la carte lunch before reboarding your seaplane to return to Sydney Harbour. Adding more magic to the afternoon is an incredible photo opportunity as the aircraft does a loop of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, before landing at Rose Bay.

Chilli-salted cuttlefish with green tea noodles and a sweet ginger & lychee dressing
Sesame-seared yellow fin tuna with a coriander salad, ginger juices and an apple & wasabi sorbet
Twice-cooked quail on pastry-wrapped pork & chestnut stuffing with Jerusalem artichoke puree & cranberry juice
Warm Meredith goats cheese & dijon mustard tart with a lightly spiced tomato and apple relish & curly endive
Grilled Western Australian sardine fillets on a Mediterranean style salad with fried haloumi, crème fraiche & pimento sauce
Seared Queensland sea scallops on pan-fried crab meat crepe with a Thai snow pea salad & Nam Jim Three leaf salad with vine-ripened tomatoes, cucumber, soft fetta cheese & balsamic vinaigrette
Salad of butter lettuce & witlof with Corella pear, roasted walnuts, parmesan & an orange and vanilla bean dressing

The children's menu includes chicken & chips, fish & chips or steak & chips.
