For the ultimate Australian experience in just one day, this scenic flight takes you to the stunning beauty of the Blue Mountains and to sample the wonderful wines of the Hunter valley. Leaving Sydney you will fly over the spectacular Blue Mountains. This is one of the best ways to appreciate the breathtaking beauty of this World Heritage Listed National Park. Cloud permitting, this low level flight takes in the Three Sisters and some of the area’s most spectacular gorges. The first landing is at fabulous Middlebrook Station, a beautiful 11,000 acre typical Australian sheep and cattle station. See first hand some of Australia’s unique wildlife, enjoy a homemade morning tea in the bush and a gourmet BBQ lunch in the homestead garden.

You will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the airport to board your scenic flight for the Blue Mountains.

Fly over the stunning wilderness of the World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains National Park. So much of this region can really only be appreciated from the air. Cloud permitting, this low level flight takes in the Three Sisters and some of the area’s most spectacular gorges.

The first landing is at fabulous Middlebrook Station, a beautiful 11,000 acre family-owned working property. You will be welcomed as guests by the station owners to experience day-to-day life on a typical Australian sheep and cattle station. See first hand some of Australia’s unique wildlife, enjoy a homemade morning tea in the bush and a gourmet BBQ lunch in the homestead garden.

From here take off again for a short flight before arriving at the second landing site in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine country. Enjoy a private tour of the vineyards and sample some of the many fine wines of this picturesque region.

The day is not over yet! Re-board the aircraft for an extraordinarily scenic twilight flight back to Sydney. Fly over the beautiful coastline, Sydney’s famous Northern Beaches and enjoy spectacular views over Sydney Harbour as the city lights appear.
