Helicopter Tour over Rio (6/8 minutes) - Itinerary


Head towards the helipad at Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas in the city of Rio de Janeiro for a scenic helicopter flight over the famous landmarks of Rio. An English-speaking tour guide will accompany you on this tour.

Begin your aerial exploration of the city and fly towards the Corcovado Hill, with the towering statue of Christ the Redeemer on its summit. You will get a chance to fly around this ‘Wonder of Rio’ and enjoy its picturesque environs.

Get a bird’s eye view of the city’s famous beaches like Copacabana and Ipanema and the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon. This helicopter tour also takes you over Sugar Loaf Mountain, which seems to rise from the water’s edge at Guanabara Bay. You can enjoy more spectacular views of Copacabana and other famous beaches from here.
